I would probably do some combo of: - Echo users who have participated in 1+ deals - Fluffle + hypurr NFT holders - Community roles - photon / pump fun / memecoin traders basically stuff that is loss making, hard to sybil, or requires cost to operate. + some kind of airdropped right to buy more tokens at discounted rate with vesting.
