I had the privilege of contributing to one of the largest reproducibility projects in econ & political science—now out in Nature.
350+ papers, one question: how robust are published results?
Short answer: fairly robust—but not invariant.
Huge team effort 👏
Excited to share that a project I contributed to, led by @I4Replication, will appear in the April issue of @Nature
The paper studies reproducibility in econ & poli sci:
• 85% of results reproducible
• 72% robust to alternative specs
