“Franks’ engaging, vivid and energetic narrative of Howard is told through the cases of those [he hanged].” A new review of “An Uncommon Hangman”. Thank you Dr Victoria Nagy for such a generous review, and capturing perfectly what I aimed for in telling Nosey Bob’s story.

How it started, how it’s going … Today is the anniversary of running away from home. I miss seeing the sky. And yes, I often think suffocating and not feeling was better than starting my life over; but I’m learning to breathe again. Thank you to everyone who has stood by me.

RAHS Conference Session Highlight: @cfwriter, Andrew Allen and Olivia Niethe will focus on local stories of crime, the legend of Fisher’s ghost, and the changing cultural impact of the Fisher’s Ghost Festival. rahs.org.au/2024-rahs-confer…
I take my role as Coordinator, Scholarship very seriously. When one of my Fellows is giving a talk on the Ibis, I know what to do. (And vintage cuff links from an estate of someone who shared my initials.)

LOVE this woman.
❤️ from your fan since Laugh-In, Mar🐫
Happy 85th birthday Lily Tomlin.
My first memory of Lily was watching her singing and signing "Sing” on @sesamestreet.
I still associate this song with @LilyTomlin more than anyone else.
