The @MarquetteU Biomechanics Lab was in Ramona, OK this weekend to record video at the World Athletics Invitational. It was an amazing experience with several world, area, and national records being broken. Thanks to all who helped - now off to the lab and geek out😀

Per @Shot_Quality Marquette should have cruised tonight and won by double digits

The more clinicians I talk to, the more they confirm that the belief that exercise 'wears down the knee cartilage' exists.
Well, it seems it DOES NOT harm knee cartilage.
Still a long way to go to debunk this myth!
Be part of the change ✅

Had a great time at the @isbs_conference lunchtime workshop today and it’s given me a lot to think about. But mostly has left me considering how anyone can complete a 100 mile race with this elevation 🤯

A really nice keynote by @SarahEKessler_ at @isbs_conference looking at the growing role of biomechanists in professional basketball, particularly in the context better understanding injury mechanisms at the level of the individual athlete #ISBS2023

It was an immense privilege to be invited to @isbs_conference to talk about biomechanics in professional basketball.
And it wouldn’t be a biomechanics talk without at least 10 minutes devoted to scratching our heads trying to understand increased injury rates. #ISBS2023

Great opening at @isbs_conference by Jill McNitt-Gray. How do we translate the science to practice?
