Post-volatility arbitrage? Additional fees can flow back to LPs. The idea is simple: let liquidity providers capture more of the value generated during volatile market conditions. No need to migrate funds. Pool parameters can be updated through governance. Following StablePair Hook’s reported $31B in volume over its first four weeks, the next experiment is volatile assets. Polymarket is no longer just a “prediction market”. It rebuilds its infrastructure with Protocol V2; pUSD, new ERC-1155 architecture and structure that supports different oracles come. Canary tests have started, the target for the transition in new markets is November 2. On the one hand, it accelerates the opening to hedge funds, trading companies and banks, bringing former Goldman Sachs partner Lisa Mantil at the top of corporate growth. On the sports side, the Sportradar partnership has expanded to 20+ leagues and approximately 300 thousand matches. Moreover, user protection tools are also strengthened; self exclusion, deposit limits and new Trust & Safety structure have been put into operation. But on the other side of the story, the pressure of regulation is growing. In the UK, FCA is in contact with Polymarket and Kalshi, while in Connecticut, pressure is on prediction market platforms. In short, Polymarket's goal is no longer just to open more markets. Turning the Prediction market into the financial infrastructure itself.

The more I look at it, the more I think vaults are becoming the natural home for institutions looking to step into the curator role.
