The wheels haven’t fallen of the Parky bus yet, we might have just hit a pothole and all had our heads banged on the roof of reality…. It hurt, driving back from last nights game hurt. Hearing the boos hurt too.
However I believe now more than ever the fans have to rally around this team. I think we all forget just how young and inexperienced this squad is.
Makel is 19, Murphy 18, Griffin 20, Hewitson 21. Reed, Woodthorpe and Burroughs all 23. Abreu is 21 and making a step up from a lower league along with Kenny.
We cannot subject these players to the toxicity that came about at the end of the Cal Mac era. There is a lot to be positive about here seals, the style of play, the profile of player and the general increase in professionalism Parky has brought with him.
As a fanbase we need to put an arm round our team, lift them up and light a fire under them. A lot of the younger players are playing league/stadium football for the first time and have only been at the club. 3 months. There were always going to be teething problems. Our job as fans is to help the players through it, to back the potential his squad clearly has!

I said I’d do politics differently. So these are the facts:
The UK has seen the lowest number of summer small boat arrivals since 2020.
We’ve returned more than 80,000 people with no right to be here – and annual returns are at their highest level since 2016.
There are half the number of asylum seekers in hotels than there were last year.
And today, we go further by bringing the total number of deployed French officers tackling small boat crossings to nearly 1,050.
But I know that we can’t be complacent on this.
Smuggling gangs are constantly adapting their tactics, and we need to respond quickly and stay one step ahead of the criminals facilitating dangerous crossings.
The small boats crisis is a shared European challenge, and no country can solve it alone. Working with France and our international partners, we will restore order and control to our borders and prevent smugglers exploiting vulnerable migrants.

Wrexham fans who are over a year into cycling from Wales to Thailand have got their shirts on for tonight’s game against Cardiff.
Will be watching it from a hospital in China after one of them was hit by a truck last week.
