Today we earned our first target sticker by trying a new fruit or vegetable during the blind food tasting test. The adults were a bit sneaky by adding a physalis fruit into the mix to see if anyone could work it out.

Today the older children learnt how to make a tomato based pasta sauce from scratch. We practiced our knife skills and learnt about kitchen safety whilst cooking. Wonder if our sauce tasted as good as traditional Italian sauce? @FoodandFunCdiff @foodandfunwales #foodandfuncardiff
