I started running in 2020 to try and get a grip on my anxiety. It worked, but I gained so so much more…

I cannot think of anything that helps women’s rights less than pinning the blame on trans women. They face so much violence and scrutiny as is. Leave them alone and focus on the real war on women. It’s happening in the courts and legislatures around this country.

I’m still fuming from watching that series finale from that bbc series. Queer relationships *still* can’t have happy endings huh… I’m so very tired of this shit.

I just want to believe that things are better now for queer kids than when I was growing up. I had section 28 cover my whole education and all tv/movie queer couples ended in misery. I can’t understand choosing sadness for these kids now. Give them some hope ffs.

This is the best video I’ve ever seen.

Yesterday during a counselling session, my dog could hear that I was upset so he scratched the door until I let him in. He then proceeded to sit next to me and lick my face for the rest of the session. Dogs eh, we don’t deserve them.

He will run to me, even if he’s the other end of the house, if he can tell I’m unhappy. A real life angel tbh (except for when he steals my side of the bed…)

It’s #InternationalNonbinaryDay and I highly recommend watching Feel Good on Netflix. It made a whole lot of things I didn’t understand about myself make a whole lot more sense. And it convinced me to finally cut my hair, which was a good move.

I remember first listening to this album on a stream which wasn’t as sophisticated as they are now, it just continuously looped so you had no idea where you were on the album. I could still tell it was one of the greatest albums I’d ever heard. Still is 🖤
On this day in 2005, @Sleater_Kinney released their seventh album, The Woods, on @subpop

I just bought a ticket to see Bikini Kill in Brussels next year so I am officially back on my shit and I’m not sorry.

Change the discourse ✊
We ⁦@runningpunks⁩ made a video as we are tired of women being told to ‘keep safe’ in public & private. We think the discourse needs to change & address men’s behaviour please retweet & support us to #changethediscourse youtu.be/cGHn7dsOB0M

Arranging a wedding as someone who doesn't love gendered words is not super fun. Every time I read/hear 'bride' I assume they're talking about my girlfriend, not me. We really need more (inclusive) words.

Anyway, the first person to call me a 'bride' on my wedding day will immediately be asked to leave.
