You connect your wallet on trenchdots.fun. You add your coin name, ticker, image, description and optional X account. Then you build your squad by choosing: - 1 Scout - 1 Sniper - 1 Bagman You name the squad and choose the starting capital. The minimum starting capital will be 0.2 SOL, plus a 0.03 SOL launch reserve used for creating the coin on pump.fun. If the full reserve is not needed, the remaining SOL stays inside the squad wallet as trading capital. You can also choose to add an optional dev buy at launch. If you do, the squad buys your own coin with that SOL and holds it like any other position. The Bagman handles the exit according to the same rules you selected for the squad. Nothing hidden. The position and its trades are visible on the squad page. The creator fee system This is one of the biggest parts of the launchpad. Because the squad wallet is the creator of the coin, creator fees generated by that coin flow back into the squad. Every time creator fees are claimed: 90% stays inside the squad wallet as trading capital. 10% is used to buy solana:Agr56DXmmYX7wHcqvSGJweXFrSwGv3d6wbjmVqkxpump and burn it forever.
