A billion dollars defrauded from OSAP and the only punishment will be inflicted on those who didn’t do anything wrong. Every bad actor will take it as a sign that they can continue abusing the systems that they are. In the past these scandals (Greenbelt, Skills Development Fund, now OSAP) would be the top news story until there was some accountability. Now? Nothing. Makes me so angry!
