A very needed support for farmers impacted by the closure of farmers markets and restaurants!
Today, AFT announces the creation of a Farmer Relief Fund. All monies raised will go directly to farmers. The fund will award eligible farmers with cash grants of up to $1,000 each to help them weather the current storm caused by the COVID-19 crisis.

Some good news for you & a local grower: Our Seattle store is now all stocked up with frozen pasture-raised, organic chicken from @kirsopfarm!
Kirsop Farm has been hit hard by the closing of the farmers market & we're thrilled to be able to provide their chicken to our shoppers.
In the interest of public health, Central Co-op will now have hours dedicated to at-risk individuals, including seniors and the immune compromised, from 6-8 AM at our Seattle store and 8-10 AM at our Tacoma store. Thank you for your cooperation and take care!
