The Color Drains Out is one of the songs I'm most proud of and one of my most personal. I struggled to find a name for the album for the longest time until I realized this song was the core of the album and the feeling of loss that's throughout.

Something Wrong was one of those rare (for me) songs that came together fairly easily. The opening lines were inspired by a bible verse written on the walls of the bathroom at the beginning of Silent Hill 2.

The Path was a difficult song to finish. I have about 5 pages of unused lyrics and I don't know that I was able to fully express what I wanted with this one, but I'm still proud of how it turned out and maybe those words will show up somewhere else later.

"Take This All Away" is probably the most experimental track that ended up on the album. This was the track I had the most hesitation about including. I love the hard, guitar riff driven thing, but an album needs variety like this or it all blends together cellzero.bandcamp.com/album/…
