It's quite emotional when our young ones leave home and set off into the world and feather their new nests. I've captured those emotions in my latest #orchestral piece - #Feathers. I hope you enjoy it! #composer #nature #family #spiritual #music

The sea has always reminded me to slow down.
This video for Ebb and Flow pairs gentle piano with peaceful scenes of gentle waves inspired by the rhythms of the ocean.

Step 3: Do a rep of gratitude every day.
No matter who you are, this is proven to help your mind and your body. And when it feels like there is absolutely nothing you can do, you can do this one thing. Write down one thing you’re grateful for, every day.
A massive thank you for letting my music be part of your calm in 2025 - it means a great deal to me! Here's to more moments of peace and stillness in 2026.

@bbcintroducing I've tried emailing but getting no response. About a week ago I noticed that when I try to access the uploader it is not available, neither is my artist profile. Still works for others- so I assume this is an issue with my profile. Please can you help?
Thank you @bbcintroducing for helping resolve the issue by email.
For any other artists having the same issue described in original tweet, it's resolved by toggling on 'allow personalisation' in account/ settings/ security & privacy. #bbcintroducing #artist #upload #easypeasy
