💡 In #HCC initially beyond Milan, #ICI-based multimodal #downstaging before #LT was linked to better post-LT survival @JAMAOnc 👉 ORR 48.1% vs 19.2%, downstaging to Milan 15.4% vs 8.7% (ICI vs non-ICI). 👉 Median OS 4.57 vs 2.53 yrs (HR 0.63), RFS 1.47 vs 0.89 yrs (HR 0.59). 👉 But acute rejection within 90 days was higher (16.3% vs 8.2%).
