Cleared4 CUNYPass is currently not loading. A Unauthorized Access error message is shown. The issue has been raised to Cleared4. Further information will be provided as it becomes available.
Blackboard will be performing necessary maintenance on Friday, October 7th from 2:00AM to 6:00AM. During that time Blackboard will be unavailable. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
CUNY/CIS has restored Blackboard service after a brief intermittent outage. CUNY/CIS and Blackboard teams will continue to monitor the system throughout the day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause.
CUNY/CIS is investigating reports with some users experiencing issues accessing CUNY Login on iOS devices. The issue appears have users download an "auth_cred_submit" file and will not allow the affected user to proceed further.

On Wednesday, April 27 from 8:30PM to 10:30PM, CUNY/CIS will implement a security-related configuration change. No service impact is expected with any CUNY Login applications.

maintenance window spans 32 hours to accommodate all the applications and services involved, the interruption to individual application’s and service’s availability is limited to the time it takes replace its SSL digital certificate.
CUNY/CIS is receiving reports of some users experiencing intermittent issues with the quality of Zoom and Microsoft Teams video conference sessions. CUNY/CIS is investigating and will provide more information as it becomes available.
