Birds of a feather flock together. Joe Manchin and Susan Collins are fake “moderates” who hide behind that label to sell out working people to big corporations and special interests. Regardless of party, they fight for the same people: the wealthy and the powerful. I welcome Senator Manchin to Maine. He serves as a perfect example of the kind of broken status quo politics this movement is fighting like hell to put an end to. semafor.com/article/10/19/20…

Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent, On October 14th I wrote to you about Bank of America @BankofAmerica. You did not answer. 3.6 million Americans did. I want to tell you what that looked like from where I sit, because I do not think Washington understands it yet. The messages did not come from one side. They came from Republicans and Democrats, from veterans and nurses and small business owners, from people who have not agreed with each other about anything in a decade. They all said a version of the same sentence. We have had enough. That is what a national security issue looks like when it finally breaks through. It does not pick a party. It belongs to everyone who has a kid, a bank account, or a flag on the porch. So let me be plain about my concern. I am worried that nothing is going to happen. The fine has been announced. The press cycle is already turning. In a few weeks the number will be forgotten and the bank will be back to business. I have watched this exact sequence play out before, and I am writing to you now, while there is still a window, because once that window closes it does not reopen. I am also widening this letter, because Treasury does not act alone. To the Department of Justice @TheJusticeDept and to FBI Director Kash Patel @FBIDirectorKash: Director Patel, you were not in the chair when this happened, so I want you to hear it from me directly. In 2011 I walked into the FBI with everything I had on HSBC. Not a tip. Boxes. Names, account numbers, transaction records, internal emails. Agents worked that evidence for over a year. I trusted them, and I still believe they wanted to do their jobs. Then the settlement was announced. $1.9 billion. I called the agents and asked the only question that mattered. When do you raid the building and when are the arrests? Their answer was four words. Our hands are tied. I have thought about those four words every day since. Not because the agents failed me. Because somebody above them decided that a bank was too important to treat like a defendant. That decision was made quietly, by people whose names I will never know, and it has been made again every time since. Director Patel, you now have the authority to make a different one. I remember the words carved into the stone outside the federal building in Philadelphia the day I walked in to report @HSBC: justice is the defense of our liberty. I believed that. I still want to. But a justice system that handcuffs a dealer on the corner and sends a bank a bill is not defending anyone’s liberty. It is choosing whose liberty counts. To Brian Moynihan, Chief Executive Officer of Bank of America @BankofAmerica: Mr. Moynihan, your bank just agreed to pay $1.2 billion for failures that regulators called willful. I have a few questions, and the 3.6 million people reading this would like the answers too. Who was fired? Not reassigned. Not retired early with a package. Fired, by name, for the conduct the government described. What has actually changed in your anti money laundering program? Not the budget line. Not the consultant’s slide deck. What is different today about how an alert gets cleared and who is allowed to say stop? Were there any consequences inside the building at all? Or did this land the way it landed at HSBC bank, as a line item? And how much is your bonus this year? I ask because I know what it costs a compliance officer to raise his hand inside a bank like yours. I would like to know what it cost anyone at the top. Do you even care? I am asking sincerely. I would like to be wrong. Here is what I did about all of this, and why it matters to this letter. After the government declined to help me or any of the whistleblowers I have met since, I built the thing I wished had existed. Tactical Rabbit is a private intelligence agency. We find the truth, we prove it, and we put it in the hands of people who will act on it. I made a decision a long time ago that if the government would not stop the next HSBC, I would. So to anyone inside a bank reading this who is looking at something they know is wrong: if your bank will not act, and the government will not act, come to me. I will get the truth to the public. That is not a threat. It is a promise I have already kept once. Mr. Secretary, Director Patel, the Department of Justice, and Mr. Moynihan: four addresses, one question. Will anyone be held accountable? Not fined. Not suspended. Not asked to attend training. Accountable. Please end the cycle of too big to jail. I will not stop until there is change, and neither will the millions of Americans standing behind this letter. Answer them. We need a banker in jail. Everett A. Stern HSBC Whistleblower Founder, Tactical Rabbit

TWENTY BILLION DOLLARS IN RUSSIAN OIL ASSETS AND GUESS WHOSE FRIENDS ARE FIRST IN LINE Lukoil is selling off its international empire. Oil fields. Refineries. Gas stations spanning the globe. Valued at twenty billion dollars Who's bidding. A guy named Todd Boehly who personally handed Trump's political operation two million dollars Standing next to him. Investors out of Abu Dhabi controlled by Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed The same sheikh who just bought a massive stake in Steve Witkoff's company. Witkoff. Trump's handpicked envoy supposedly negotiating peace, not profit Then there's Kushner and Ivanka Trump. Business partners with the Qatari al-Khayyat brothers. The same brothers circling this exact deal Donald Trump waives sanctions on Russia days before they take effect. No explanation given to the public. None And the people positioned to cash in on that exact decision are his son-in-law's business partners, his envoy's new investor, and a two-million-dollar donor Ukraine loses territory and leverage. Americans lose a law their own Congress passed to choke Putin's war machine Mitch McConnell objects. Susan Collins objects. Republicans objects. Doesn't matter. Trump signs it anyway Putin's own envoy is on Telegram calling this a historic moment. He's not wrong. Historic for who gets rich Frozen Russian reserves. Pipeline access. Investment projects. All of it opening up right as Trump's inner circle lines up at the door This isn't foreign policy. This is a liquidation sale with Trump's family and friends holding the only invitations And every ordinary American paying more at the pump gets to watch Trump's in-laws get richer off the deal that caused it Remember this the next time they tell you sanctions relief is about diesel prices

Latest: Zelenskyy tells reporters over WhatsApp that restrictions on Ukraine's Starlink systems remain. Interceptor drones can't function, logistics and operations hobbled. The maximum speed is 161 kph; "exceeding this limit causes the Starlink connection to cut out completely, resulting in the loss of the drone." He says Ukraine has done tests to determine whether SpaceX is truly facing technical issues, as has been told Kyiv by the US side, or if this is a "deliberate operation... to restrict us, cut us off, and prevent us from defending ourselves and protecting our people, both at the front and among the civilian population." He says Ukraine "sent a couple of vehicles equipped with Starlink terminals into European Union territory." "They moved at speeds exceeding 180kph, and the Starlink systems worked perfectly. We have the relevant logs and evidence to prove this." He adds: "The conclusion is clear: the restrictions are in effect within Ukraine but do not apply within the European Union. In other words, this is a planned operation."

Alex Gibney: “There was an estimate that what [Elon Musk] did by suddenly cutting USAID would cost through disease and starvation as many as 14M lives. Even if you discount that, we know within a year of those cuts where they were literally burning food going to starving children, 500K children died. This is really a crime against humanity, but he makes a joke about it, I put USAID into the woodchipper. What he put into the woodchipper were children”

John Roberts: lifetime job. No term limit. No election. The man who decided a president can’t be prosecuted for official acts. Here’s the one thing he doesn’t control: Congress can impeach him. Most people have no idea. Spread it.

Beyond irresponsible. What part of enforcing a law passed 86-11 by the Senate does the President and his advisors not understand? It’s unconscionable that this administration is capitulating to a Russian dictator who illegally invaded Ukraine and butchers innocent civilians every single day. If the President wants to actually bring down energy prices, he can do it by solving the Iran problem, not by doing a solid for Vladimir Putin. apnews.com/article/russia-sa…

A month ago, when everyone's focus was high prices and the Iran war, I suggested that THE issue that will ACTUALLY take Trump down, is corruption. I said this because he was so brazen, didn't care how it looked, and I didn't think he could or would stop. I still feel this. This morning, I saw a graphic on MS Now that ranked corruption as THE top issue on voters' minds. And a few days ago, the folks at Gallup said that 89% of Americans say corruption is widespread in Trump 2.0 - 91% of Democrats, 90% of independents, and even 83% of Republicans! Highest US corruption measurement in Gallup history. And - America is now #1 in perceived government corruption among democracies - GLOBALLY. The ONLY countries scoring higher, per Gallup, since 2023 are Lebanon, Peru, Ghana and Nigeria. That is the company shithole Trump has put America in with. Not Canada or the UK or Norway. Ghana and Nigeria. America First - my ass. More like America Last - or more aptly, America Lost. This can only happen when a corrupt leader is massively followed by morons and incessantly normalized by the media. Glad to see corruption finally break through the echo chamber. Trump and his allies will get theirs soon. Until then: F*ck you, Fox. F*ck you, MAGA.

A historic video – November 22, 1994: The U.S. President thanks Ukraine for giving up its nuclear weapons. In return, the U.S. promises to stand by Ukraine’s side to safeguard its independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity well into the future. That future has arrived—yet today, Trump and his circle act as if none of this ever happened. t.me/MirovichMedia/15617

This is what happens when you let traitors get away with it. Mike Flynn was DIA Director when Putin invaded Crimea. Flynn ensured that GRU little green men could invade without any warning to the Obama White House. That’s why Flynn was fired. The next year, in 2015, he went to Moscow and sat to Putin’s right at an RT Gala. In 2016, he collaborated with the Russians, Peter Thiel, Jeffrey Epstein, Roger Stone, Erik Prince, Steve Bannon, and his own son to help steal the election. In 2020, he tried it again with the Big Lie and a violent insurrection. I could go on and on. Treason is the only crime mentioned in the Constitution because it is the worst crime against America there is. If we do not enforce this most basic law, we do not have a nation anymore. #ArrestMikeFlynn
When Obama got elected the 2nd time, Putin was angry because it interfered with his imperialist plan—which included taking over Ukraine. So Putin cultivated & compromised Americans into helping him, including then-DIA Director Mike Flynn who ensured Putin could take Crimea & exfiltrated top secret military documents to Kremlin cutouts. Mike Flynn got fired for being a traitor, but was never charged for it, so he embarked on a plan to return to power, get his revenge & ensure the Kremlin succeeds in its goals by ending American democracy. That was nine years ago. Flynn’s plan is working. The failure of the government & the military to put a stop to Flynn’s reign of terror is the most troubling mystery of all. #ArrestMikeFlynn

Unfortunately, a lot of vendors get caught up in situations like this with wealthy individuals or companies who don't pay their bills. Trump famously doesn't pay his bills & bankrupted vendors.
A Bay Area restaurant owner says Elon Musk’s SpaceX owes him $70,000 for two dinners he catered in Palo Alto. “That’s not even a penny for them,” he said. sfchronicle.com/food/restaur…

🚨 BREAKING: An hour after announcing his resignation, US Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Randy George reportedly said: "Donald Trump needs to be hospitalized immediately; I question his mental stability. He is leading the US military toward disaster."
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Gen. Randy George was US Army Chief of Staff until directed to retire in April 2026, not Joint Chiefs Chairman, and no evidence supports the quoted remarks or recent resignation timeline. The claim recycles a debunked social media hoax. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Randy_Geo… cbsnews.com/news/hegseth-o… snopes.com/fact-check/gen… news.meaww.com/fact-check-did…
