netx:native Research Tip Ask the same questions in the two primary groups and see what you get for answers. Group 1: Official Netx Group: It's a strictly moderated group where hard questions can get you banned. New people and their questions are viewed with skepticicm t.me/NetXPlatform Group 2: A group that is over 5 years old full of current and past investors vigorously debating the issues. t.me/triasdiscussion Both groups have their biases and unique characters, but if you ask your questions in both you will get more balanced answers.

$NETX BIG RED FLAGS TODAY🚩🚩🚩 Today, an important member of our community in the TG channel discovered that the team had transferred 500K new tokens from the treasury to a CEX. After further investigation, it became clear that the total amount was actually 1 MILLION tokens, sent to Gate and MEXC wallets. This resulted in an increase of approximately 1 million tokens in the circulating supply. At a time when almost no one is buying and trust in the team is at an all-time low, one question needs to be asked: Why does the team need to send such a huge amount of tokens to CEXs right now? What is the purpose of these transfers? The community deserves transparency and a clear explanation. Here is the transaction: bscscan.com/tx/0x0fd91fbca0b… Team is preparing for new "sell the news" waves which is the confirmation for lower prices soon. Come and discuss with us on the only real $NETX $TRIAS chat: t.me/triasdiscussion

"ASK ANYTHING. JUST NOT THAT." - $Netx Main Telegram Motto The already locked down TG is getting locked down even tighter. God help you if you're new and have questions: Here's a short guide if you're new for behaviour that might just get you banned. • Asking a question. • Asking the same question twice. • Asking a question nobody wants to answer. • Asking where the tokens are. • Asking how many tokens exist. • Asking whether the maximum supply changed. • Asking for a source. • Asking for clarification of the source. • Posting the source. • Reading the source too carefully. • Remembering an old announcement. • Screenshotting an old announcement. • Comparing an old announcement with a new announcement. • Using math. • Using a block explorer. • Mentioning transparency. • Requesting transparency. • Expecting transparency after transparency was promised. • Saying, "But you said..." • Having a memory longer than approximately 72 hours.

Berry, Barry, Bery, You must be new. Think of $netx as $trias 2.0 It helps a lot when sorting all of this out. These validator node questions are not new. They are the same ones people were asking during the Trias days years ago. Yes, 4 or 5 years ago. Back in 2021-2022 the team was already talking about nodes, TEE, Leviatom, small nodes for individuals, and franchise models for enterprises. Community was asking for minimum stake, hardware requirements, reward rates, lock periods, and slashing rules. Official answers stayed vague. Here is one of the more detailed pieces from that time: triaslab.medium.com/the-role… It still only said technical users with “suitable hardware” could eventually run small nodes. No real numbers. No clear process. Now under NetX in 2026 the same gaps are still there. The site lists the Validator Node program as coming soon. When you asked the same questions recently the reply was basically wait for an upcoming article, anything specific is speculation. So after 4 or 5 years of talking about nodes we still do not have: Minimum $NETX stake - Hardware or TEE requirements - Lock-up and unbonding periods - How rewards actually work - Slashing conditions - Whether regular holders can even join That is not FUD Barry. That is the public record.

Well Sed
$NETX: The Reckoning This is a serious statement about the $NETX price. Not FUD. My honest view after watching this project, its price action, its communication, its history and the way investors have been treated. 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 1. The market cycle and why I expect more downside 2. My target zone for a possible bottom 3. The trust problem around #NETX 4. WEA, Netstars and the public $NETX token 5. Why $TRY → $TRIAS → $NETX is a red flag 6. The move from $3 to $17 7. My final view 1: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗲 While some still #NETX believers keep talking about technology, mainnet, partnerships, patents and new products, most investors are asking the same real question: When will my investment finally pay off? Or even more honestly: When can I exit this project with the smallest possible loss? To understand my view, we first need to look at the bigger market cycle. In my opinion, we are currently in the bearish year of the four-year crypto cycle, and I believe this pressure can continue until the end of this year. Look at the previous $BTC cycles. Do not blindly believe accounts claiming that we are in a super cycle or that the cycle is already over. For me, no complicated chart analysis is needed here. The attractive part of $BTC has always been that, historically, the halving process created repeating cycle structures with major lows and major highs. If $BTC remains under pressure, altcoins will suffer even more. And in my opinion, $NETX is no exception. I believe altcoins, especially $NETX, can continue bleeding for at least another four months. In this phase, news, marketing, technology, partnerships, product launches or announcements will most likely have little to no lasting effect on the price. 2: 𝗠𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘇𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗺 So the real question is: Where is the possible bottom for #NETX? In my opinion, $NETX can continue falling toward a market cap of around $3 million. That would put the price somewhere near $0.12. I believe that once the price reaches the $0.32 to $0.28 area, more people will finally accept that the bear market is real and that a move toward a $2 million to $3 million market cap is possible. Some will sell. Others who still believe in $NETX will likely try to buy back much lower. In my view, a fast move toward $0.12 and a $2 million to $3 million market cap would finally put real pressure on the team. As long as there is still enough market value left, I believe the team still has enough room to continue playing the same game with investors through new narratives, new products and new promises. This is not financial advice. This is only my personal opinion. 3: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 One of the biggest issues around #NETX is trust. There is growing distrust toward the Chinese team, and the FUD community has now become almost bigger than the real active #NETX community. This did not happen for no reason. In my opinion, five years of disappointment, poor communication, repeated mistakes and unprofessional behavior have damaged investor trust heavily. Examples include celebrating small things like a mobile-friendly website as if it were a major achievement, releasing yet another NFT or side product while previous products left many users disappointed, constantly speaking about big visions while the actual frontend and customer experience remain weak, and creating expectations again and again without delivering enough visible value to justify them. From the outside, #NETX often looks like a lot of gold, shine and big words. But from the investor and customer perspective, many people mainly see weak products, empty promises and a falling price. That is why the price keeps suffering. 4: 𝗪𝗘𝗔, 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 $𝗡𝗘𝗧𝗫 𝘁𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻 I do not want to use the word scam in this serious post, because many people would instantly label this as FUD and ignore the actual points. But I still want to share my honest assessment. In my opinion, we must clearly separate two things: The B2B business around WEA, Japan, Asia and payment infrastructure. And the the public B2C crypto token called $NETX I do believe that some of the work in Japan and Asia is real. I do believe that Web3 payments are real. I also believe that Netstars, Japan and payment infrastructure may be real parts of the story. But the key question is this: What role does the public $NETX token actually play in that system? Imagine a financial system like Japan and a company like Netstars, where billions of dollars in payment volume can move through serious infrastructure. Why would any major company run critical payment infrastructure through a public altcoin when the same thing could be done through private networks or internal systems? In my opinion, there is no clear technical need for a public token. This is also why one thing stands out to me: In serious business environments, the team appears as WEA, not as $NETX. If $NETX were truly the center of the business, why not call the Japanese entity NETX Japan? Why WEA Japan instead? Common sense tells me that serious payment companies and large corporations probably do not want to be publicly connected to a speculative crypto token. That is why I believe we need to separate the B2B story from the public crypto token. My personal view is this: The team is mainly interested in the B2B model. The public B2C model around $NETX looks to me like a way to extract liquidity from the crypto community. 5: 𝗪𝗵𝘆 $𝗧𝗥𝗬 → $𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗦 → $𝗡𝗘𝗧𝗫 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗴 The past already showed us how investors were treated. The path from $TRY to $TRIAS to $NETX created massive losses for many crypto investors. Many people tried to protect their investment through dollar cost averaging. They kept buying more because they believed the breakthrough was always close. The team continued giving the community small pieces of hope to keep people emotionally attached. Again and again, it sounded like something big could happen at any moment. Again and again, people were made to believe: To the moon. But in the end, many investors were left with dilution, uncertainty, rebrands, disappointment and a falling price. For many holders, this has been a painful cycle of hope, loss and more hope. 6: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 $𝟯 𝘁𝗼 $𝟭𝟳 Many people still hold $NETX, formerly $TRIAS, because they hope to see another move from around $3 to $17. But everyone should ask two very important questions: When did that price move happen? What milestone or news justified such a move? There was no major milestone or fundamental news that truly explained that kind of price increase. That is why I personally believe the move was likely heavily influenced by market makers or coordinated market activity. Why would that matter? Because a strong pump brings attention. It attracts new investors. It creates belief. It creates hype. It helps sell new products, new narratives and new dreams to the market. If a team knows when milestones will be announced, how they will be communicated, how the community reacts and how liquidity behaves, then the team has a massive information advantage. To me, that feels like $NETX is gambling against his own community, where they all the advantages as house dealer. 7: 𝗠𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 My message is simple: Do not blindly fall for every new announcement, every patent, every shiny product or every new narrative. Ask yourself the real questions: What role does $NETX actually play? Is there a real technical need for the public token? Why does the serious business side appear as WEA instead of NETX? Why have investors been disappointed for years? Why should everything suddenly be different now? Who truly benefits from the public token model? Personally, I still see major downside risk. I believe a move toward $0.12 and a $2 million to $3 million market cap is possible. And I believe only that kind of pressure would force the team into a real position where they finally have to prove something. Until then, I see the risk that the community continues to be played with new promises, new narratives, new products and new hope. This is not financial advice. This is my personal view after years of promises, rebrands, product announcements, broken trust and disappointed investors. If you still believe in #NETX, that is your decision. But do not believe because of shiller accounts. Do not believe because someone says it will happen soon. Do not believe because of shiny presentations. Do not believe because of buzzwords. Only believe if you truly understand what you are invested in and what risk you are taking. NFA. DYOR.
