CCA कार्यालयों द्वारा जीवन प्रमाण पत्र (LC/DLC) शिविरों, पेंशन अदालतों, शिकायत निवारण एवं पेंशनभोगियों से सीधे संवाद के माध्यम से पेंशनभोगी-केंद्रित सेवाओं को सुदृढ़ किया जा रहा है।
इसके अतिरिक्त, वृद्ध, बिस्तर पर रहने वाले तथा चलने-फिरने में असमर्थ पेंशनभोगियों को उनके घर पर ही पेंशन संबंधी सेवाएँ उपलब्ध कराई जा रही हैं, जिससे वे देखभाल, संवेदनशीलता और सम्मान के साथ आवश्यक सेवाओं का लाभ उठा सकें।
