All of our new EV Auto locations will have Tesla Superchargers on site. As part of that, we want to offer the best amenities, too! Super clean bathrooms, free battery tests, test drives, offers to buy their cars, free key card holders ... and food and drinks! Enter "The Charging Station", all of the coolest, most fun, trendy snacks and treats, Coke Freestyle machine and easy scan and pay. Starting with Scottsdale and Las Vegas, these will be in store there and should add to the charging experience. PS: Also experimenting either canopies and vacuums, too. Stay tuned.

It’s surreal to see the growth sometimes. This is the new EV Service Center here in Bountiful, we have the new recon center here too, three new stores coming online. I just can’t believe it’s happening sometimes. My team and all of you are 1000% the reason this is happening, so from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU so much for the kind words of support, the likes and shares, the business, the referrals, the DM’s … it all means more than you may know!!!

We share a lot of videos at @evautodotcom on social media about how we work with customers. The good ones, the messy ones and the ones where we screw up. None are cherry picked or edited to remove the bad stuff. They're all authentically who we are. The headline on our website is "The Most Trusted Car Dealership in America." Bold statement! But my teams back it up every single day. What you see in our videos is exactly how we operate off camera. I have zero doubt that every customer gets honest, professional, kind treatment. No pressure. Complete transparency. We also have no desire to be the cheapest. Fair, middle to upper middle price tiers because of all of these things (and how we source and retail cars). We've got 1,000+ reviews like the ones in the photos for our Bountiful, Lehi and Brentwood EV Auto locations, our Lehi Service business and our EV Acquisitions teams. If it weren't for a few competitors and haters, we'd be 5.0 across the board. We do mess up sometimes and deserve those bad reviews. Often it's the first we're hearing about an issue, so we do our very best to make it right. Sometimes we just disagree with a customer because they are dishonest, unreasonable, or even predatory with reviews. That's life in this business I have come to learn. But we don't pay for reviews. We don't incentivize them. We barely ask. People share their experiences because they genuinely had an awesome one. Our North Star is simple: the BEST buying experience customers have EVER had. Not the best "car buying experience". That bar's too low. We're competing with the likes of Nordstrom, Chik-Fil-A, Amazon, Trader Joe's and other world class brands. We want to be thought of in that same light and bust our butts every day to deliver!
