Our 3rd-annual study in partnership w/ @WomeninMFG shows that women who pursue #STEM educations are more than 2x likely to pursue a #manufacturing #career. But once in the industry, less than 1/3rd feel they've made progress in their field.

President Biden’s economic plan helped create 10.5 million new jobs – including 750,000 manufacturing jobs.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Accurate: +10.5M Jobs (750k manufacturing) since 1/2021.
Also accurate: Only +1.4M jobs (150k manufacturing) since 1/2020.
How is that possible? Answer: 22M jobs lost in Mar & Apr of 2020 (COVID). It took until 4/2022 to return to pre-COVID employment numbers.
