Today has shown just how brutal this challenge can be. 12AM, 19 miles in and alone in some random country roads with nothing but my phone, music and two aching feet.
Day 29 completed of running the length of the UK and we are really starting to get deep into it now ladies and gentlemen. I knew going into this that it wouldn’t be easy and no matter how tough this gets I promise to not give up.
I had the honour of finally crossing paths with Keanu today, he’s doing an unbelievable job running the UK and raising money for Help for Heroes along the way. To share our experiences and chat made the day so much more manageable.
