Almost a week without any SaaS subscriptions.
I was devastated, thinking people didn’t like it or find it useful.
Today: 2 subscribers and a one-time payment in 5 hours.
I’ve posted heavily on socials, but videos still don’t feel like the right format.

Autonomous marketing brought some results
16k impression and subscribers on the app came from Instagram
The website has the opposite problem: lots of people open checkout, almost nobody pays.
What i shipped:
1. if you leave checkout without paying, you'll get an email with 20% off your first month
2. Onboarding cut from 10 screens to 5. 33% of users quitted before finishing it, and 14% left on the first screen
