A massive thanks to everyone & @AgwestM that helped out yesterday to get the Tambellup Community Crop off. 1160 ton all up, bringing the yield to 4.6t/ha. Thanks also to everyone that helped throughout the year to make it all happen. A very good result. Cheers 👍👍 – at Western Australia, Australia

Some pretty crazy yields coming off a couple trials at Pingelly. Canola Nitrogen trial highest yield topping out at 4.6 t from 400 kg N (def not max profit). And Maximus barley Phosphorus trial just cracking 8 t with 48 kg P. Profit and ROI are a lot different to yield this year

Great to see our summer cropping trials looking so great. Trying to look at how to make money out of a small bucket of water, even after a wet year. Credit to @Kieran_Zilm for the work so far. Working with @GRDCWest @Stirlings2Coast and @NutrienWAagri. Thanks to @jezwalks

Plant Science Consulting tested Clethodim plus Atrazine as a tank-mix vs Clethodim followed by Atrazine spray immediately after on susceptible and Dim-resistant ryegrass. Used Hasten and SOA. Significantly better activity on resistant ryegrass when NOT tank-mixed.

Australian plague locust activity continues to be reported for a large area of the WA grainbelt (from as north as Eneabba and south to Scaddan). Some crops at Mukinbudin and Eneabba have had to be re-sown due to APL damage #PestFax @GRDCWest buff.ly/3fDt9Or
