And whilst I realise this is very much a 1st world problem, our current sofa (which we are trying to replace with this order) is excruciatingly painful. My arthritis does not cope with it. And my worry is that they will keep deferring and deferring.
Never ordering online from @IKEA again. All they have done is reschedule and reschedule. It's a 717 euro order made almost three weeks ago and now they've rescheduled AGAIN for the 23rd September due to "logistical reasons" It's disrespectful of our money and time.
