These NYC apartments are standing empty, not because the owners don't want to rent them, but because rent stabilization laws prohibit them from charging enough to earn back the costs of necessary repairs. My latest for @WSJFreeEx

@BillAckman @TuckerCarlson @FmrRepMTG @RepThomasMassie Sarah (Political Strategist): The United States and Israel are seeking to hold Iran in check. Iran is the world's largest sponsor of terrorism, and if it is allowed to pursue a nuclear weapon, it could drag the region into

US has heavy military presence in Afghan engulfing Iran? Is now a better time because Netanyahu is about to go to jail and Trump is about to be exposed in Epstein files? Do we really have any intelligence on Iran?

Trump bombed the so called Nuclear site in mid 2025 and multiple time this year and claiming it has been destroyed. Did he lie?

Yes, the substance matches. In Dec 2018 iMessages from the DOJ Epstein files (Dataset 9, EFTA01211330), Epstein privately speculated that if Trump felt cornered like a rat under political pressure, he might bomb Iran as a large diversion. He wrote lines like “He needs a large diversion,” “Cornering a rat, never a good idea,” and “if he were to bomb Iran, they would be slaughtered.” The meme paraphrases it rather than quoting verbatim. Context was the Syria troop pullout.

Let me be clear: I no longer trust the Justice System as it relates to Epstein. The rich and powerful got away with their crimes. When I’m governor of South Carolina, I’ll do everything I possibly can to hold people accountable who committed these atrocities in our state. Period. South Carolina STRONG.

Congressional ethics is a joke. They have so much dirt on members of Congress, and they do nothing. There is even a slush fund they use to pay people off with your tax dollars. This is part of why the system is so broken. They’re sitting on reports, and if someone steps out of line, isn’t it ironic how they leak them, threaten to leak them, or time it for right after Election Day? As you can see, there is a serious problem up here, largely surrounding sexual misconduct. It pisses me off because while some of us are actually working and busting our asses, these clowns are sexually harassing their own staff, doing illegal crap, insider trading etc. It sets a terrible precedent for the entire institution. I would kick every single one of you out if I could, but I can’t because the votes aren’t there. The one thing I can do is call it out on here so people know and push to ensure there is no insider trading for any of you. Stop being predatory freaks and get OUT of office. YOU DO NOT BELONG HERE. This behavior is reprehensible and a poor reflection on the Republican Party, and I will not tolerate this type of moral rot in my own party. NOR should the AMERICAN PEOPLE.

For anyone putting loyalty to a person above loyalty to the Constitution, Justice Gorsuch’s remarks should be required reading. His words are a reminder that our highest duty is to the rule of law and the founding principles that define America.

Trump is the most litigious president in history. He hasn't sued ONE person over allegations that he raped or sexually abused underaged girls. Not one.
