Hey @PGE4Me your amazing crew has been working all day to replace poles in front of my house. Can you explain how, per your policy, leaving ALL THE UNMANNED TRUCKS idling ALL DAY LONG (8a-7p) maintains “efficiency?” They never moved.

On this day in 1865, enslaved people in Texas were notified by Union Civil War soldiers about the abolition of slavery. This was 2.5 years after the final Emancipation Proclamation which freed all enslaved Black Americans. #Juneteenth

In case you're wondering how things are going in Texas, our district canceled all sex ed classes this year but is now required to offer kids training in bleeding control techniques, including "tourniquets approved for use in battlefield trauma care by the armed forces."
ALT Texas House Bill 1147 requiring bleeding control stations in school and requiring that children in 3rd grade and up are offered classes in treating traumatic injuries. Act takes effect 9-1-2023.

It's quite something that the world's top scientists put out a synthesis report that essentially says civilization as we know it will end unless the world comes together to stop rapidly expanding the fossil fuel industry but to instead rapidly end it, and almost no one cares
So @GreyhoundBus is refusing to refund my money for bus service they failed to provide. TWICE.
@GreyhoundBus please think about people who need transportation and don’t have access to the internet.
Or @GreyhoundBus consider those of us who had to pay for alternative transportation and NEED OUR MONEY BACK to cover the transportation you FAILED TO PROVIDE.
Welp. @GreyhoundBus was a no show again. Canceling the whole thing. Lucky enough to have airline miles- putting the girl on a plane out of the teeny local airport.
At least, the customer service you get on the phone- you can email a “feedback report” to get the next level of @GreyhoundBus support, but….
The auto reply from @GreyhoundBus tells me they’ll get back to me in NINETY-SIX HOURS. Good thing the depot is closed on the weekends and it’s raining to keep me clean as I wait on a bench outside.
