Whilst looking at NHS reform we also need to prioritise investment in colleague wellbeing - at system level.
Needs system change around need to address workplace factors and team factors and not purely focus on building individual resilience.

Today we are at the International Practitioner Health Summit 2024: The Wounded Healer as this year’s chosen charity.
There are many fascinating talks and discussions focused on mental health and wellbeing taking place over the two-day conference, including speeches by Dr Rachel Clarke and Benji Waterhouse.
There will be a Doctors in Distress stand and our team will be on hand to speak with attendees and tell them about our work. We are also hosting writing and photography sessions across the two days. Tonight there is an evening reception for guests with a very special raffle prize up for grabs, with all the proceeds for our charity.
