One month ago, ICE illegally entered the home of Karla Toledo - a DACA recipient with no criminal record - and put her in detention.
DHS already asked immigration court to dismiss Karla's deportation case and the court granted the request. But now, they've reversed course and started the process all over again.
DHS needs to stop playing games with the life of Karla, and other DREAMers like her.
