If you feel stuck, try this: For the next 30 days, every single day, wake up at 5am and work out for at least 30 minutes. It doesn’t matter what the workout looks like. Go to a gym, go outside for a run, do pushups and squats on your bedroom floor. This isn’t about the workout. It’s about creating Proof of Agency. By the end of 30 days, you’ll completely rewire your brain. Scientists call it neuroplasticity. Your brain physically changes in structure and function through action and experience. The action of waking up early and working out every single day for a month will create evidence that you have the power to take an action and achieve a desired outcome. You’ll see yourself differently. You’ll reorganize your life around this new priority. You’ll eat healthier, go to sleep earlier, and narrow your focus. It creates Proof of Agency. That has ripple effects into every area of life.

While I'm sure the causes are complicated, no nation has leaned more into "diversity is our strength, we don't need a melting pot we have a salad bowl" immigration insanity than Canada. It has the highest foreign-born share of the population in the entire G7 and its living standards have stagnated.
What happened in Canada will be studied by many historians and economists as the prime example of self-destruction of an otherwise prosperous nation after blindly following left ideology.

🇨🇦’s wild these days. - Money laundering capital of the world - the global fentanyl “command & control center” - home to transnational organized crime heads - at least 1 in 7,800 residents are members of organized crimes. How did this happen so fast? <thread> 🧵👇

If Pierre Poilievre loses, that'll be one of the biggest bag fumbles in Western political history.

Canadian conservatives, here’s some unsolicited advice for you. Stop being so easy on your candidates, especially @PierrePoilievre! Stop assuming they’re automatically going to win. Stop being so over cautious and scared of what the liberal media in 🇨🇦 will do to your candidate. (That’s the old COVID era mindset.) Stop walking on egg shells trying to run a campaign in the old school consultant driven, wear this tie, get this haircut, wear that shirt BS. Grow some 🏀 🏈. Trump worked his ass off. He didn’t have all conservatives, libertarians or the independents till the last 90 days. But he went and EARNED every single one of their votes. He went on 20+ podcasts appearances not including a ton of campaign & media stops. And he did this at the age of 78. Pierre is 45 years old campaigning like his Biden’s age. He’s a great speaker. He’s talented. But DAMN he comes across as lazy, pompous and entitled. I initially wanted to help him but at this point my concern is more about the people whom I love in Canada to get a candidate that will fight for THEM. I had Max on but for whatever reason Canada is treating him the way US did RFK Jr. I respect the hell out of his willingness to talk. This may be your last chance at strengthening the relationship with US or the ship may sail. Here’s are a list of people I would BEG for your candidate to go on. Tucker Carlson Lex Friedman Shawn Ryan Piers Morgan Cuomo Theo Von Full Send Candace Glenn Beck The breakfast club Ben Shapiro Charlie Kirk Matt Walsh Dave Rubin Russell Brand Outkick Dr Phil Andrew Schultz And of course, Joe Rogan. (Beg if you must) Maybe even ask if Musk would consider doing a twitter space with him. Long shot but YOU must ask. Most of the names above won’t be interested because they’re all busy with a ton of guests who want to get on but…. Hold Pierre’s foot to the 🔥. Stop being so easy on him. Tag him and his entire campaign team on this thread. It drives me crazy seeing all the ass kissing, as if he’s already won. Push him. Challenge him. The future of Canada is predicated on YOU holding him accountable. I hear some Canadians say “Why should Pierre go on podcasts in the US?” They say “It’s a waste of his time.” 🤦🏽‍♂️ What they don’t understand is that these podcasts cut clips that will be shared on all social media platforms. (X, TikTok, Insta, FB & YT) That’s how Trump dominated the news & social media cycle. Time is running out. ⏳ ⌛️

The best way for Canada to respond without triggering a new chapter in the trade war is to embark on a massive cut to top marginal tax rates on incomes of all sorts: personal, corporate, and capital gains.  Take a feather out of Ireland’s cap and make Canada a global tax haven - one way to not just prevent capital flight but trigger an investment boom.  Make the business sector think twice about relocating without hurting consumers, which is what tariff retaliation would do.

Quick estimate of the two major personal income tax cuts proposed so far this campaign. Effect varies across families (depends on income/credits/etc). Average for census family is ~$250 for LPC's proposal and ~$570 for CPC's. #cdnecon

People think 🇨🇦 is lax on money laundering because it’s good for the economy. Nope. It’s so much worse. The lax enforcement turned into organized crime capturing 🇨🇦. The legal system is now too scared to act. Seriously. <thread> 🧵👇

🇨🇦’s public safety minister just said less than 1% of 🇺🇸’s fentanyl is from 🇨🇦, and ditto for illegal immigrants. Here's why that's a whopper of a lie. Warning: Your opinion of 🇨🇦 will irreversibly change. <thread> 🧵👇

Hey @elonmusk - how much would it cost to provide @Starlink to every Canadian household that doesn’t have high speed? If this $2.14 BILLION plan is the panacea of expanding access, competition, and service - where is the interest from private investors and banks?

Does the average Canadian family really pay 43% in tax? I see a lot of references to a study that says they do. The same study says Canadians pay more in tax than in essential items. They post it each year. I fell for it last year. But there are some BIG flaws with the study:

Apologies matter if they acknowledge error and express remorse. This statement is the opposite—carefully worded to relieve pressure, while admitting nothing. It shifts responsibility to those offended and proclaims the planners’ innocence, insisting they have been misinterpreted.

Voters don’t choose the President. That has been obvious for a while. Watching a coup against a Democrat, which is a first, is a reminder that the corruption is worse than we’ve ever seen.

So let me see if I have this Crowdstrike story straight…. When Hillary Clinton was Sec. of State, she was illegally funneling sophisticated weapons through Libya to terrorists in the MidEast in an effort to take out Assad in Syria for Israel. When the weapons transfer went sideways and the US Ambassador was killed in Benghazi, it was discovered she was using an illegal private server for secret communications. She destroyed the server, but not before its contents were leaked by Wikileaks, including communications about bizarre occult rituals and inexplicable code words involving children and pizza. Instead of investigating the leak themselves, the FBI relied on a Crowdstrike investigation that falsely claimed the server was hacked by Russia. The FBI cleared HC despite admitting she broke the law, and launched the Russiagate investigation, using more fake Clinton campaign disinfo to tie Trump to Russia to get a FISA warrant and spy on Trump while leaking dirt to the press to undermine first his campaign, then his presidency. When Trump had a call with Zelenskyy and asked about Crowdstrike, a “whistleblower” falsely claimed quid-pro-quo and launched the first impeachment to stop Trump’s inquiries. (It was in the midst of this impeachment trial, btw, when Event 201 took place. But that’s another story.) Fast forward to 2024 and Trump is dominating Biden when he miraculously survives a deep state orchestrated assassination attempt two days before the RNC. Two days later Crowdstrike causes the biggest computer network crash in all of history, knocking millions of corporate and government systems offline for hours. Other than the fact that Blackrock owns Crowdstrike and a Blackrock affiliated investment firm placed millions of dollars betting against DJT in the hours before the assassination attempt by a shooter who was featured in a Blackrock promo, did I miss anything?

Hopefully after the tragedy yesterday in Butler PA we can all recognize that unaccountable bloated bureaucracies continue to fail us as Americans. Donald J Trump is alive today solely due to a bad wind estimate by an evil would be assasin. As the graphics show the full value wind of just 5mph was enough to displace the unconfirmed but likely light 55 grain bullet two inches from DJT's intended forehead to his ear. DJT was not saved by USSS brilliance. The fact that USSS allowed a rifle armed shooter within 150yds to a preplanned event is either malice or massive incompetence. Clearly there was adequate uncontrolled dead space for a shooter to move into position and take multiple aimed shots. Watching the newsreel one can hear how proximate the shooter is by the very short time lapse between the crack of arriving bullet (supersonic) to the boom of muzzle blast (sonic). The law enforcement sniper (unclear if USSS) in newsreels was clearly overwhelmed as his face came off his rifle instead of doing his job to kill the shooter. Clearly they were watching the shooter but apparently have a no "first shot" policy. The only positive action was an apparent 488yd shot by one USSS sniper which despatched the assasin but after the assassin launched at least 5 rounds, wounding DJT and killing and severely others in the crowd. In my old business of providing Diplomatic Security in two active war zones we were expected to execute the basics or we would be fired. Clearly USSS failed at the basics of a secure perimeter and once shots were fired their extraction was clumsy and left DJT highly exposed to follow on attacks. It looked like they had never drilled together because those responses should be effectively autonomic. Will there be accountability? That's not the Washington way. Unserious and unworthy people in positions of authority got us to this near disaster. Merit and execution must be the only deciding factors in hiring and leadership, not the social engineering priority of the day. Sadly nothing in Washington reflects that any longer. DJT is right to question the competence of those protecting him because yesterday they failed in almost every way. Nature abhors a vacuum and there are always other options. Most importantly, as Americans let's come together and run a proper valid election so we can get back to what matters a merit based society that judges on character and skill. Nothing else.
