If you and Donald Trump are in an enclosed space and you somehow reach the conclusion that he is the most well-read person in the room, the two of you are characters in a riddle where you are a cat.

Leavitt: "You always want to be the most well-read person in the room, and I try to be every day. But Donald Trump always is."

"We can't take care of sick people or kids because we'd rather use the money on war" is a hell of a midterms pitch

He took the greatest military force in world history, lost a war to a middle power in a week, begged the world to save him, and demanded that the media lie about this and everything else. I try, but at a simple human level I do not see how anyone can mistake this man’s almost supernatural weakness for strength. His weakness is something negative, gravitational, so deep that it can draw in a whole country. But only if we fail to see it. Only if we let it.

Trump is a weapon of Russia's war against the United States. Nothing will break the Kremlin's domination of American political life until Trump, the Republican Party and the MAGA death-cult are removed from power.

The Trump White House is making the same mistake as Putin did in 2022: Underestimating Ukrainians.

I cannot change Ukraine’s position on Russia. The Russians are killing us. Russia is the enemy, and that’s the reality we face. Ukraine wants peace, but it must be a just and lasting peace. For that, we need to be strong at the negotiation table. Peace can only come when we know we have security guarantees, when our army is strong, and our partners are with us.

Russian Lawmaker Predicted the Trump-Vance Ambush of Zelensky
State Duma member Oleg Morozov said the meeting would be a lesson in humiliation, designed to condition Zelensky to capitulate to the US—and later to Russia.

Everyone knows what happened here. Trump can only exist around people he can causally humiliate. Guys lie JD and Rubio. He wanted to do a ritual humiliation of Zelensky and Ukraine but Zelensky wouldn’t accept that and so Trump reacted like a stung bitch.

Trump is taking credit for giving Ukraine military aid that Biden delivered, while simultaneously castigating Biden for giving Ukraine military aid. He doesn't even know what argument he's making. None of this make any sense as anything other than a setup.

this clip is proof beyond any doubt that Lindsey Graham stands for nothing and only cares about staying in good standing with the Trump cult

I don't normally say things like what I'm about to say, but nothing is normal today. People like this a$$hole think that being an a$$hole makes you tough. It makes you weak. It was 30 people against one, and @ZelenskyyUa still held his own. Folks like Gunther, haven't been $hit their entire lives. They have latched on to Trump, that ain't $hit, who makes them feel great about being mediocre, and fantastic about being the dumbest people on the planet. Any man who worships another man isn't a man, they are $hit.
