@AbsaSouthAfrica is so frikken useless. I get an email saying I need to update FICA, log into the app and click the FICA notification. No such thing when I login. Ask Abby, the chatbot - it has no idea how to submit FICA. Great.
All this after I *went into the branch to close my account* about a year ago, and they just never closed it.
@Discovery_SA bank is just 1000x better.

Seems like every month now there's an email from @Discovery_SA informing me of a cut to my benefits. First the cap on the insurance benefit, then the end of the Virgin gym benefit, now a 50% cut in the active gear benefit. 💩💩💩
