I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Normalize apologizing! Apologizing for things you’ve done/gotten wrong is important both for personal growth and for providing a social baseline for right and wrong. Apologizing is good!

Today @AbdulElSayed addressed the Michigan Jewish Democratic Caucus Was a private meeting, campaign has now provided audio to reporters He cited Tikkun Olam and similarities to an Islamic concept calling on people to repair the world, then said the following:
“I want to talk about something I broke—which is, in part, a relationship of trust built on the idea of safety—when I made comments following the attack at Temple Israel. ... ...when it was attacked by a terrorist on that morning, we immediately condemned it. And then a couple days later, I wanted to offer context. But here's the problem with context: Context at the right time seems to also offer an asterisk on a moment of pain and a moment of trauma, a moment of frustration, a moment of sadness, a moment of anger that is more than justified. And that wasn't my intention. So I'm asking for forgiveness and a moment of grace. I made a mistake. ... When you give …the right medicine at the wrong time, it's the wrong medicine. And I gave it at the wrong time ... For folks who felt like my comments were justifying of an act of domestic terrorism, I did not intend it that way. I hope that you'll forgive me. And I’m sorry.”

RE: #WIGov race - once again, the pollsters got it completely wrong! A reminder to always VOTE - polls don't decide elections, voters do! Don't ever be dissuaded from showing up to vote because pollsters tell you it won't be close!

I genuinely do not remember food being recalled so often throughout my life. Deregulation does not work. Science and inspections matter.

I thought I was done when the season ended. I wasn't ready to announce it, and I knew I needed some time to really decide, but I was pretty sure I played my last game. I was honest at that last press conference when I said I needed to look at myself and deicide if I still love

Does it bother anyone else that the following nonprofits all seem to have the same marketing company using the same basic marketing advertising? @ACLU @splcenter @feedthechildren @NAACP @PPFA are just a few I’ve noticed.

At 1 PM, the Declaration of Independence is read aloud at the Boston State House, where it is received merrily by the gathered citizenry. The audience responds with three huzzahs and 13 rounds of cannon fire, followed by public libations.

Trump released documents that confirm Russia tried to interfere in the 2020 election to hurt Biden. It says Russia tried to "orchestrate a high-profile corruption scandal" and push narratives about "voter fraud resulting from mail-in balloting"

This is really incredible. Docs released by Trump tonight confirm RUSSIA tried to spread claims Biden was engaged in criminal activity vis-a-vis Burisma and that it advanced those narratives "with US officials" and planed a "high-profile corruption scandal... at the peak of the 2020 US presidential campaign."

Continental Congress has convened for the day at the Pennsylvania State House. The doors are shut and the windows shaded to keep the sun out as much as possible - and to keep out eavesdroppers and spies. The delegates are stifling on the stuffy inside and we, the public, are presently unaware of the machinations occuring within.
