There are few people who cared more about NCFC and its supporters than Michael. His impact will be felt long after many of us are here, and the Club will be forever indebted to his and Delia’s ownership at a time of great peril. Our thoughts with Delia, Tom and the family.

Many of us encounter this wicked disease in ours and our loved ones lifetimes. The Alzheimer’s Society will be at the match today to offer support, guidance and signposting.
We’re proud to support the @alzheimerssoc at tomorrow’s game 💛 Representatives from the Alzheimer's Society will be at Carrow Road ahead of @NorwichCityFC's fixture against Bolton Wanderers tomorrow afternoon. Visit them at the Support Hub on Geoffrey Watling Way, where they’ll be raising awareness of their charity, as well as offering guidance on how to support people living with Alzheimer's or dementia 🗣️ Junior Canary? Sunday will also see us debut our new SubSoccer Tables for the first time - come and give them a go! ⚽️ Supported by the @premierleague Fans Fund 🤝

We hope those at the match will celebrate the life of Richard by applauding in the 50th minute.
💛💚 REMEMBERING RICHARD SMITH 💚💛 This Saturday, Norwich City face West Bromwich Albion in the first league game of the season. In the 50th minute, supporters are being asked to join Richard Smith’s family and friends in a minute’s applause to celebrate his life. Richard sadly passed away on 11 May 2026, aged just 50, after being hit by a car while cycling home from work. A lifelong Norwich City supporter and season ticket holder for more than 45 years, Richard followed the Canaries home and away alongside his dad and sister. 💛💚 Please share this far and wide so as many Norwich fans as possible can join Richard’s family and friends in remembering him on Saturday. 50th minute. One minute. One City family. 💛💚 ⚽️💛💚 #NCFC #NorwichCity #OTBC #RichardSmith #WBA #NorwichCityFC #Canaries
