A huge thank you to everyone who has taken part in Mental Health Awareness Week in 2024. 💜 From finding and sharing your moments for movement for your mental health, to helping us raise awareness about the mental health benefits of moving more, all of this brings us closer to creating a mentally healthy society. Throughout the week, we were inspired by your personal mental health stories, and encouraged by how much work is already being done to support people’s mental health through movement. We know there’s a lot more work to do to support good mental health in every community. And following Mental Health Awareness Week we will continue our work through research, community programmes, policy and advocacy, and providing research-informed information and resources.
