The people talking about Dodger fans crying when these people have been begging MLB to change the rules bc the Dodgers have been so good the past few years is pretty funny

“That just doesn’t make sense to me — when the richest people have the smallest effective tax rate, that does not seem like a very fair system.” #LiftTheCap

Genuinely seems Trumps presidency is completely falling apart. Basic government services aren’t getting executed. He’s stuck in a quagmire in the Middle East. Job growth is negative and inflation is accelerating. Gas is 4-5 dollars a gallon. What a mess

The 2nd amendment is not for hunting, it is not for self protection
It is there to ensure that free people can defend themselves if god forbid government became tyrannical and turned against its citizens

“lol Trump 2028”
Yeah my dad’s looking for work for the first time in 3 decades. Prices have only gotten higher. Constitutions in the shitter. You’re trying to dismantle the 3rd branch of government. More wars are starting, none have ended. Food banks are literally closing and we’re planning a $90M military parade for his birthday. Stock markets still down, trade wars with everyone, and we have no allies except El Salvador. And this is all only such a small percentage of how genuinely stupid the last 100+ days have been.
Your commitment to the troll is really quite incredible. I mean that.

The haters said a trade war would tank the market.
They were correct.
Honesty, great call by the haters.

If Bernie’s Social Security bill was enacted in 2021, Musk would have paid $2.9 billion more in taxes, Social Security would’ve been solvent for 75 years, benefits would’ve increased by $2,400 & 93% of Americans would have paid Zero more in taxes. The only one “entitled” is Musk.

The best things in life really are free – like human connection, community, a sense of purpose, gratitude, relaxation, good relationships, laughter. I’m sure you can fill out that list some more. What's important is to discover what matters to you – and increase your "soulspan".

The reason there is "no water" available in fire hydrants in LA is because the water lines have been broken or burned by the fire, so there is no water pressure, in addition to low water pressure due to 8 months of drought. Resist politicized accusations and conspiracy theories.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
L.A. County's water system is an urban water system designed to supply homes and businesses, not fight multiple large scale wildfires. Certain hydrants are "out of water" because water cannot be pumped into the tanks supplying pressure to the system fast enough.
