It's very possible for a stripper to love you. The waiter does care about you and your regular takeouts. Your therapist cares about you. And the local plug does care about you, he cares enough to call you to remind you of his latest stock. All you need is hope and delusion.

I don’t want an apology. I want you to experience the exact situation you put me through so you can understand how it feels to be on the receiving end of your own actions. I wonder if you would still think it was okay if you were the one losing sleep, questioning your worth, overthinking everything and trying to heal from something you never deserved. It’s easy to dismiss someone’s pain when you’re not the one carrying it. It’s easy to say “I’m sorry” when you don’t have to live with the consequences of what you did. I don’t want revenge. I just wish you could understand the weight of the pain you made me carry.

Young people believe they can hold on to what they have and still gain what they want . They think they can get fit and still drink and eat junk on the weekends . They think they can start a business and still have free time to take a vacation anytime.
The moment you understand that life demands a sacrifice for what you want most is the moment you will get clarity. Even heaven demands death.

Welcome to Como, @ManUtd! 🔵
Founded in 1878, Manchester United are one of the most historic clubs in English football. Known as the Red Devils, the club have built a rich tradition across domestic and European competitions, with 20 English league titles, 13 FA Cups and three European Cups to their name.
The reason most women want you, as their partner, to be financially buoyant enough to meet (if not all) then most of her needs, is to increase her likelihood of being faithful to you, so she doesn’t have to “meet other men” to help her solve the things you are unable to.
This sounds utterly nonsensical to you as a man because through your own interpretive lens, you view her as your “romantic partner.”
But from the female POV, looking for a man is much like a man looking for a job.
If your present job does not have a competitive enough package to sort (if not all then most of) your bills, what do you do?
You cultivate “side hustles”, anything to bring in extra cash to supplement what your job already gives you.
(Imagine then, if your boss, upon discovering that you have side hustles, berates you for not giving your job your full commitment? Wouldn’t you think him unreasonable and selfish?)
More importantly, you would remain in the job market, in hunt for a better job that will better cater to your needs.
If you took exactly this lens and applied it to how most women view romance in 3rd world countries, their behavior all of a sudden becomes more rational.
Short form summary:
To survive,
Men look for jobs.
Women look for men.
To survive:
Men look for jobs
Women look for men.
Women were foaming in the comments to that tweet.
Talk about: “I just came back from a job search now. Mtcheew”
Well, here is a PhD student who is apparently working and making good money, asking why her boyfriend “doesn’t trick.”
Even when they work, their jobs are their side hustles.
Their main hustle, is men.

People respect you more when they don't see you often. Even parents. Trust me. It's strange how distance rearranges love, how absence restores what closeness erodes. When people are deprived of your presence, they start seeing you clearly again, not through habit but through awareness. Proximity dulls perception. Space sharpens it. That's just how the human mind works.

maybe the point isn't to become so wise and stoic that nothing ever hurts your feelings. maybe it's to become secure enough that you can feel the sting, laugh at yourself a little, learn what you need to learn, and keep your heart open anyway.

Semen retention makes you so handsome. You will glow. You will have brighter eyes. You will look younger. You will have something special about you, about your aura. People will compliment you. People will stare at you.

when I said there is a name for a craft that demands ‘incentives’ when it comes to every sexual encounter I was almost stoned. I hate how social media has continuously pushed this narrative especially to young women.
