Some of the most powerful interventions for learning don’t happen at school. Parents should be encouraged to provide:
• A consistent and enforced bedtime
• Removal of all electronics from the child's bedroom
• Family meals eaten together
• Books and time spent reading together

That exposure builds vocabulary, background knowledge, and language patterns.
No worksheet can compete with that.
