Hey @HyundaiIndia, Booked a Hyundai Venue HX5 Turbo Manual on Feb 5, but still no delivery. The dealership has repeatedly shared revised dates that were never met, and now they are asking for another 3–4 weeks.
Hey @HyundaiIndia, the complaint was registered but no action has been taken till now. I have communicated this with your representative and they said the issue is raised to priority, yet no action from the dealer.
You should stick to the delivery time in your booking, otherwise don't advertise what you can't deliver.
This delay is far beyond the promised timeline and not the experience expected from Hyundai. Such handling can discourage customers from choosing or recommending the brand.
