I came off a bit snarky there. I am trying to share that rarely do players make major swing changes in the prime of their careers. A stance change is not a swing change. The real change, IMO, was from the neck up. Decision making.
Very blessed! God is always good. 🙏
Pumped to get going, and work towards doing some special things.

Finally got my account access back.
I apologize if you have seen some really weird posts from me recently. And for the sketchy DM’s. It was a hacker who should be prosecuted (@coachlisaj).
Be careful of the links that you click on here on this app, in DM’s or otherwise.
Really disappointed in the response time and customer service from @Support @X.
If you can only do the thing in 1 way - you will struggle with achieving consistent outcomes when faced with multiple varieties of chaotic challenge.
If you can do the thing in a wide variety of ways - you build within yourself broad capabilities to achieve your desired outcomes consistently, regardless of unpredictable challenge.
Rigidity => Limited Capacity
Adaptability => Consistency
It’s about RESPOND-ability.

You can SAY that you want something all day long…
But until you:
1. Evaluate the problems to solve authentically & comprehensively
2. Develop an action plan that has fidelity to the full representative truth of what it will take
-and-
3. Execute daily and ferociously with a focus on controllable habits over uncontrollable outcome…
… You will not realize what you SAY that you want.
The “cleanest” players are those who can get it done in the most “dirty” ways.
The most resourceful coaches are the ones who can still build with the least amount of resources.
The most successful leaders are the ones who have failed the most.
Undesirable = ⬆️ Opportunity
Leading thru great difficulty…
Leaders who must overcome seeming insurmountable obstacles to achieve progress:
• Lead with razor sharp vision.
• Lead with higher standards than comfortable with.
• Lead with high creativity.
• Lead with unrelenting, unwavering daily focus.
We lead with small-minded, restrictive thinking.
We coach with narrow ideas.
We strategize to simply avoid scrutiny & risk.
We limit possibilities because of our limited scope of what is actually possible.
Open up our minds & open up what is possible for our players & teams.
Thriving inside the less than ideal… 📝
Baseball success can be defined by the ability to effectively navigate challenge and chaos - when things don’t go how you would like or how you would expect.
- Coaches who must maximize program growth with the lowest imaginable money + resources.
- Pitchers who must compete when they aren’t feeling their freshest.
- Hitters who have to find a way when the pitch moves in an unpredictable way and they are off balance.
- Players as a whole who must respond in a game where it seems nothing is going their way.
Baseball glory will go to those who don’t need to be optimized. 🛠️
✅ They optimize THEMSELVES against fragility and for respond-ability.

It's a simple fact of life: if you want to do something incredible, something that makes you stand out above the rest, then you have to become comfortable being different—that means being misunderstood, criticized, even hated.
Marcus Aurelius said-
“Do every act of your life as though it were the very last act of your life.”
A good reflection for all of us -> coaches, and players.
Are we fully committing ourselves to our actions today with the conviction & honor that is worthy of being our last act?
Recruiting should be rooted in relationships & integrity… not selfish ambition.
Culture should be founded on standards & accountability… not coercion.
Player development should be based on research & evidence… not blind traditionalism.
Program-building => tangible VALUES.
