Help me understand the logic of Axis supporters.
In Syria, they blame the revolution for the countryโs destruction and defend Assad and his allies. Despite the fact the that uprising began with peaceful protests before escalating into an armed rebellion.
Meanwhile in Yemen, they support the Houthis that fought multiple conflicts against the Yemeni government before 2011, joined the Arab Spring protests (Axis supporters accuse the Arab spring of being CIA funded and backed), and the Houthis later allied with Saleh, the same president they had fought for years. They seized Sanaa in 2014 with the help of forces loyal to him and fought against other Yemenis.
*Not to this is not to excuse Saudi/UAE crimes in Yemen
