I care way more than it’s reasonable about my mediocre fanfics and trying to figure out minute details in my AUs to make the intertextual game as rich and subtle as possible

I swear I want 95% fluff in this story, and I am sorry if the 5% heavy topic bothers people, it’s tagged.
I was thinking about the “make bookmarks private if you want to write down your thoughts”, and I get it when it’s overly critical it can hurt the author’s feelings, but I am so starved I enjoy it even if it’s a bit mean, and it makes me think how i can do better
and yes, i know fanfic is free content and the author’s feelings have to be respected, they are not professional and they are notngetting paid in anything but engagement
I’m tired, my back is killing me, I hate everything, including myself and my works and my work
