I owned a healthcare management firm. United Healthcare was sued 21 times. Each time my clients', teaching hospitals recovered Pennies on the dollar. United owes Billions in unpaid claims.
UHC didn't pay their claims for their subscribers, nor to the hospitals or the faculty Foundation groups. United Healthcare is the worst of all insurance companies on reimbursement. This man is one of many. The entire Healthcare apparatus is a giant lie. It's there to take your money or your employer's money and not pay out. I did this for 25 years. I told everyone yesterday exactly what happened and why. The DOJ was after this man. He sold 16m on stock options. He was getting ready to make a "deal".
No surprise to me.
