Why are we spending millions, if not billions to fix what is not broken? 11. Every legal document in Kenya is tied and linked to one's ID number: From KRA Pin, to NSSF, NHIF, Driver's License, etc. The confusion and challenges to harmonize such a change will be horrendous!

This declaration is illegal. We are to disregard! 9. Kenyans do not need yet another burden. Renewal = a burden with unecessary cost implications. No Government process except voting is free. 10. The National ID is sufficient in itself to access services. It works perfectly!

The most ridiculous announcement of the day must be that there will be "No Government services without the Huduma Card as use of the National ID Card will cease in December, 2021." 🤣 How chaps come up with unilateral declarations of this sort baffles me. REJECT!!! REJECT!!!
