Last days in BKK... First time in Thailand and what an amazing place! If it wasn't for my family I wouldn't even go back to the Netherlands.
Some of u spend 6 hours deep lookin into a microcap shitcoin and not 6 minutes on the one thing you can’t sell when it dumps... ur own body.
Thats basically where i’ve been. Went quiet for a few months, barely touched this app, opened tradingview weekly instead of every hour lmao and put all the same obsession into getting my health and body right.
Ended up in the best shape of my life i think. Also got properly deep into bloodwork, nutrition, biohacking and just how this stuff actually works instead of guessing. and a few of my crypto buddy's who were honestly in bad shape asked me to help, so i did. Took those kids from average to looking elite. Somewhere in there it turned into a whole thing im building rn.
Btw u’ll still see me in the trenches on TG, just not gonna pretend charts are the only thing i care about anymore.
So from now its both... if ur into the gym, nutrition etc stay tuned, lets get jacked and print ;)
