The output gets better when I stop describing the task casually and start naming the work precisely. Not “help me with this.” More like: infer distill synthesize reconcile diagnose triage ground close the loop That language matters.

Replying to @hwchase17
@hwchase17 is right, memory creates lock-in. But not just conversations. Tool registries, hooks, agent conventions -> that's harness memory too. In my setup I define agent tools once in a shared registry and a hook blocks any edit that drifts. Can't do that on closed harness.

I've been running a version of this for few weeks - Claude as the operator and Codex as the external auditor. Wrote up the full architecture: gist.github.com/albertastaba…
We're bringing the advisor strategy to the Claude Platform. Pair Opus as an advisor with Sonnet or Haiku as an executor, and get near Opus-level intelligence in your agents at a fraction of the cost.

claude code now ships with a tiny ASCII owl that psychoanalyzes you while you work

One could've thought with AI there's gonna have less work to do. I never worked this much my entire life, and I love it!

We deploy voice AI in enterprises. The companies that actually see results? The CEO used the product before buying it. Every. Single. Time.
107
90% of CEOs say AI has had zero impact on their productivity. 69% use AI less than 1 hour a week. But they're laying off thousands "because of AI." You can't automate what you don't understand.

He didn't pass our interview
PSA: there’s a guy named Soham Parekh (in India) who works at 3-4 startups at the same time. He’s been preying on YC companies and more. Beware. I fired this guy in his first week and told him to stop lying / scamming people. He hasn’t stopped a year later. No more excuses.
