Meh. It was meh. Kills were nice. Linda as Pam was good, but boy is there just a lot of shit that you could give zero fucks about. Anyone not Pamela/Jason is just boring and time wasting. The 'origin' of Jason being a super tough killing machine is just bland. Watch it if you're bored. Don't watch it if you prefer Jason's general backstory to be more vague

Like the ending tries to address that detail of why Pamela and Jason were not together in the first Friday Movie and it's just kinda like 'Ok...?' Its a explantion but not one that really felt worthy. Could have been a email.

Like....there was some potential but it feels like the stuff people were more interested in gets regulated to a much smaller runtime. Like we could have spent this mystery of 'Oh is Jason running around?' Is he the cause of the deaths, and balance it with Pam losing her shit and make it where the viewer isn't sure which kills was done by Pamela or Jason and you reveal tadaaaa it's both. But they just spend time with side characters that don't do shit except die
