We've analyzed the HHS @SecScottBessent data for signals from the Office of Inspector General for RPM (Remote Physiologic monitoring codes 99454-99458). Check out the hot spots.
Crowd fraud elimination with incentives from @SecScottBessent. Let’s go!

From the new HHS Medicaid data @DOGE_HHS : Remote care billing clusters heavily in NY/LA hotspots—where telehealth networks thrive. But 73% of 1,534 providers flagged anomalous patterns (velocity spikes, low ratios). More in thread 👇 #RPM #Medicaid

Here's a sampling of what we found on CPT codes 99453, 99454, 99457, n99458. Remote physiologic monitoring. xitter.cf/matthewfurnari/status/…
Radical transparency is a deterrent to fraud. Under @SecKennedy the public for the first time can search for potential fraud using Medicaid data.

Hey @mattgaetz we're a florida-based AI company and we do this type of analysis for the remote care industry. Some of them are more interesting findings from this data set * 50% of all Medicaid money for a remote patient monitoring went to clinics that had three or more fraud risk signals * $414,000 of Medicaid money went to a self-proclaimed spiritual guru for the same program in Delaware. More findings here xitter.cf/matthewfurnari/status/…

Analyzing the HHS Medicaid data for Chronic Care Management. What is up with Iowa? How is a state with 0.9% of the US Population receiving 45% of the Medicaid Chronic Care Management money? 7 of the top 10 NPIs are in that state. @DOGE_HHS

@DOGE_HHS @DataRepublican Thanks for the data! Our first round analysis of Remote Patient Monitoring payments from Medicaid is published.

4. Most importantly, RPM is not a panacea. A poorly run RPM puts a practice at risk of audits, clawbacks. Or worse.

Before you launch an RPM program, make sure you have someone who knows it @IntelFactoryAI

We've saved our clients over $8.6 million in clawbacks so far.
Most clinics don’t lose Medicare audits because they did something wrong. They lose because they can’t prove they didn’t. In this post, @matthewfurnari explains how FairPath helps practices stay ready—without the stress. Read it here: intelligencefactory.ai/blog/…

As a hybrid neurosymbolic AI advocate, I cringe at Gary Marcus. His abrasive, attention-seeking rants—calling LLMs ‘stochastic parrots’ or predicting their imminent collapse—make our field look like a clique of sour skeptics. We’re here to blend symbolic reasoning with neural strengths, but Gary’s spotlight-chasing antics, like endless X spats and smug ‘I told you so’ posts, alienate the community we need to win over. I believe in this approach, but his noise turns our potential into a caricature, pushing serious collaborators away.
It’s funny how Unutmaz thinks this when so many of the reviews and data-driven analyses of GPT 4.5 (two years in the making!) have actually been mediocre. But influencers gotta influence.

MCP has been out for 6 months. But now that Anthropic got a few billion dollars suddenly it's all over my feed. Organic? Maybe. Buffaly agents utilize an Ontology and ProtoScript so they can acquire new knowledge and functions at runtime. No real need for wrappers or servers because the agents use tools the same way we do: programmatically.
Everyone is talking about MCP. I summarized all the MCP announcements/launches from Composio, Firecrawl, Cursor, Jira, Langchain, Firebase, and more Send to your engineering team (save for later)

John Carmack, inventor of Quake amongst other things, hits the nail on the head. For all the screaming about AGI, none of the current LLMs can do incremental learning. If I tell my 4-year-old not to touch the stove today, she remembers tomorrow. If I tell Chat GPT to stop using horizontal rules (hr lines) between every paragraph, it's going to forget during our next conversation. Or probably just ignore me entirely because for some reason it loves horizontal rules.
Amidst all the OMG AGI IS HERE hype, it is amusing to reflect on how some of the most basic continuous online reinforcement learning problems that trivial organisms solve remain unworkable for today’s systems. Happy to be working with Rich!
