I love America. Having set up 4 entities in other countries the US is a piece of cake even if the EIN process errored out today.
One time I was working at my business in Cambodia and my lawyer told me I needed to be back in Thailand the next day or we woul have to start the 3 month process all over again for my company formation their. Also I had to have the same employees for the entire 3 months.
I had to fly back unexpectedly and pay one of my employees who had left to pretend she still worked for me otherwise I had to start over.

Predators are posing as young girls online to obtain pictures from teenage boys, and then using personal details found on social media to demand money, crypto, or additional images.
According to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, in 2025 there were more than 50,000 reports of sextortion involving minors across the US!
First of all, talk to your kids.
Help them understand that these things are happening.
Remind them that they should NEVER send photos to anyone whether it’s to other kids from school, to people they meet online, or anyone for that matter.
And keep your kids off social media.

Just let an employee go during our test phase for my new business. I realized a huge part of the fault was on me for hiring during a really busy season of life and Map Winners and not being able to onboard properly. Also, I realized I don't want to hire anyone I have to micromanage....
