Preserving the Union isn't worth the cost of being ruled by fascists. Let's give the right wingnuts their Confederacy and cut our losses.

Mark Zuckerbergโs Instagram suspended the No Kings Instagram account for todayโs No Kings' day of action.
Larry Ellisonโs TikTok has shut down the account promoting Alex Gibneyโs Elon Musk documentary.
Elon Musk promoted the fake story about James Talarico on his X while donating over $150 million to help Ken Paxton.
Your reminder that Trumpโs billionaire allies control what you see on TikTok, X, Twitch, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and YouTube โ and they have a vested interest in making sure Dems donโt take the majority, so Trump isnโt investigated.
Fascist fuck. This is all the more reason to vote against him. He doesn't give a fuck about democracy; he wants to win at any cost.

We thought Mueller would expose him but Barr stepped in, or Jack Smith would indict him but Cannon stepped in, or Congress would impeach and convict him but McConnell stepped in, or the judiciary would stop him but SCOTUS stepped in. Itโs up to us. #VoteBlueToSaveDemocracy

OMFG! This response from @AbdulElSayed to a completely bigoted question is probably the best thing Iโve heard all year.
Every bigot in America needs to listen to this three times.
Barbaric! This is some fucked up shit.
ICE run over U.S. citizen riding his bikeโbreak his arm.
Agents handcuff him behind his back without calling paramedics.
They inflict even more injuriesโsend him to the hospital in serious condition.
Then agents detain another U.S. citizenโfor yelling at them on the sidewalk.
Man with the broken arm's daughter says he was hit on his e-bike by an unmarked car.
He was then tased twice and pinned to the groundโcurrently receiving treatment at the hospital.
Multiple ICE vehicles were running through stop signsโspeeding the wrong way down one-way streets.
All on a weekend afternoon with kids playing outside.
Incident occurred near the intersection of East 56th Street & Elm Avenue in Long Beach, California.
Stop ICE Net doesn't have an account on this platformโso posting first full length, English translated, and credited video here to help raise awareness.

Something concerning is happening in orbit, about 550 km above Earth.
According to orbital analysis by @Marco_Langbroek and others, the Russian satellite KOSMOS 2612 has performed a series of maneuvers bringing it extremely close to ICEYE-X36, a commercial Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) satellite operated by the US company ICEYE. Satellites from this constellation provide radar imagery to Ukraine.
This appears to be a deliberate RPO (Rendezvous and Proximity Operation), in which one spacecraft maneuvers to approach another. RPOs can be used for legitimate purposes such as satellite inspection, servicing and refueling, but they can also be used for surveillance or hostile operations.
The concern is that this could be a demonstration of an ASAT (Anti-Satellite) capability. ASAT systems are designed to disable, damage or destroy satellites, potentially through physical contact, directed energy or electronic interference.
Current orbital predictions suggest that the two satellites could pass within meters of each other. Such close approaches are difficult to predict precisely from publicly available orbital elements.
There is currently no evidence of an actual attack, and we should be careful not to confuse a potentially hostile maneuver with a confirmed ASAT operation.
Nevertheless, this is a concerning development. Modern societies increasingly depend on satellites for communication, navigation and Earth observation. The ability to approach another countryโs satellite without consent raises serious questions about the security of space infrastructure.
We need better independent monitoring of what happens in orbit, including optical observations from the ground.
Credit to @Marco_Langbroek for tracking and documenting these maneuvers.
