Bureaucracies live forever. The US standard railroad gauge (distance between the rails) is 4 feet, 8.5 inches. That's an exceedingly odd number. Why was that gauge used? Well, because that's the way they built them in England, and English engineers designed the first US railroads. Why did the English build them like that? Because the first rail lines were built by the same people who built the wagon tramways, and that's the gauge they used. So, why did 'they' use that gauge then? Because the people who built the tramways used the same jigs and tools that they had used for building wagons, which used that same wheel spacing. Why did the wagons have that particular odd wheel spacing? Well, if they tried to use any other spacing, the wagon wheels would break more often on some of the old, long distance roads in England . You see, that's the spacing of the wheel ruts. So who built those old rutted roads? Imperial Rome built the first long distance roads in Europe (including England ) for their legions. Those roads have been used ever since. And what about the ruts in the roads? Roman war chariots formed the initial ruts, which everyone else had to match or run the risk of destroying their wagon wheels. Since the chariots were made for Imperial Rome , they were all alike in the matter of wheel spacing. Therefore the United States standard railroad gauge of 4 feet, 8.5 inches is derived from the original specifications for an Imperial Roman war chariot. So the next time you are handed a specification/procedure/process and wonder 'What horse's ass came up with this?', you may be exactly right. Imperial Roman army chariots were made just wide enough to accommodate the rear ends of two war horses. (Two horses' asses.) Now, the twist to the story: When you see a Space Shuttle sitting on its launch pad, there are two big booster rockets attached to the sides of the main fuel tank. These are solid rocket boosters, or SRBs. The SRBs are made by Thiokol at their factory in Utah . The engineers who designed the SRBs would have preferred to make them a bit fatter, but the SRBs had to be shipped by train from the factory to the launch site. The railroad line from the factory happens to run through a tunnel in the mountains, and the SRBs had to fit through that tunnel. The tunnel is slightly wider than the railroad track, and the railroad track, as you now know, is about as wide as two horses' behinds. So, a major Space Shuttle design feature, of what is arguably the world's most advanced transportation system, was determined over two thousand years ago by the width of a horse's ass. And you thought being a horse's ass wasn't important? Ancient horse's asses control almost everything, because bureaucracies live forever.

Prayer Request #1. As the midterms approach and beyond, I respectfully ask everyone to please pray: II Chronicles 7:14 - "if My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." Please consider praying this offering each morning and evening, as our Christian duty calls us to offer prayers to our Lord for the sake of our nation. I am very grateful to each of you. Thank you and many blessings to you all. Peace and be prepared.

Over the past few days I have heard a number of very sober, well-reasoned commentators on the political right talking about the midterms and related polling. They uniformly speak about the House already being a lost cause for the GOP, and they focus on whether the GOP can hold the Senate. Things do not need to be this way. Trump won in 2024 by large margins. The only reason that cannot be repeated this fall is if YOU—the average Trump voter—decides to let it happen. I know, I know, I know. Trump has not made all of your hopes and dreams come true in two years’ time. You think he has done nothing, even though he has had profound victory after profound victory in areas like immigration and downsizing the federal government. You have your pet issue that has not been satisfied to the extent you demand, so you want to “Stay home and send them a message.” Yes the GOP sucks. It’s a heinous mess of self-interest and failed status quo maintenance. But the only thing worse is the Democrat Party. We are running against LITERAL COMMUNISTS who want to abolish the Senate, pack the Supreme Court, add two new deep blue states, open the borders to unlimited immigration and succumb to creeping Sharia and jihad in order to literally destroy the nation. (Plus, they will spend the next two years impeaching Trump and everyone in his orbit, fully defeating what you voted for in 2024.) So you have two choices. It’s a binary choice, there is no third option: 1. Vote for doing everything we can to pursue MAGA even if that’s not perfect. 2. Stay home and become ruled by literal Communists who want you dead. Choose. We can still win this fall, we just need the will to do it.

Good morning. Christ is King. Charlie Kirk is a Christian Martyr. We wept bitterly putting this together... Charlie told us exactly what his legacy would be. Charlie did not fear death because he knew Jesus Christ. Just hours before he was assassinated, Charlie stood on stage, openly proclaiming his love for Jesus. He lived every moment guided by that faith, and in the end, he was taken home by his Savior. Charlie showed us what it means to live, and die, with purpose. This is the legacy he leaves...

H1-B Indians staying in America should leave the USA as soon as possible so that America faces a massive economic downfall. We'll make them beg us to come back to their country for free. The American IT sector will fall to pieces without H1-B Indian workers there.

Sad but true: The average person is in such poor physical shape that if they were to adopt the following TOTALLY FREE & NOT VERY TIME CONSUMING “exercise regimen,” they’d be improve their physical well-being in the next 12 months by orders of magnitude: Monday: 4-5 sets of Push Ups + 4-5 sets of Air Squats Tuesday: Walk 20-30 minutes Wednesday: 4-5 sets of Push Ups + 4-5 sets of Air Squats Thursday: Walk 20-30 minutes Friday: 4-5 sets of Push Ups + 4-5 sets of Air Squats Saturday: Walk 30-60 minutes Sunday: Walk 30-60 minutes Not a joke This would actually make a meaningful difference for hundreds of millions of people

A woman in a hot-air balloon realized she was lost. She lowered her altitude and spotted a man in a boat below. She shouted to him, "Excuse me, can you help me? I promised a friend I would meet him an hour ago, but I don't know where I am." The man consulted his portable GPS and replied, "You're in a hot air balloon, approximately 30 feet above a ground elevation of 2,346 feet above sea level. You are at 31 degrees, 14.97 minutes north latitude and 100 degrees, 49.09 minutes west longitude. "She rolled her eyes and said, "You must be a Republican." "I am," replied the man. "How did you know?" "Well," answered the balloonist, "everything you told me is technically correct. But I have no idea what to do with your information, and I'm still lost. Frankly, you've not been much help to me." The man smiled and responded, "You must be a Democrat." "I am," replied the balloonist. "How did you know?" "Well," said the man, "you don't know where you are or where you are going.. You've risen to where you are, due to a large quantity of hot air. You made a promise you have no idea how to keep, and you expect me to solve your problem. You're in exactly the same position you were in before we met, but somehow, now it's my fault."

The reason why you’ll see British liberals downplaying the rape gang report is simple: they know that they can arrest anyone for a meme, let alone real criticism, since there is no first amendment. And since there’s no second amendment, nobody can fight back. Friends in the UK: those of us with freedom of speech aren’t going to let this die. You deserve justice for your girls.

250 thousand white girls raped and trafficked by Muslim immigrant pedophiles in the UK. Industrial scale sexual abuse and torture inflicted on the native inhabitants by barbaric foreign gangs who were welcomed into the country by the government. One of the worst scandals in the history of the western world. It really is that bad. Anyone who ignores this story is forever discredited going forward. Watch especially for the people on “our side” who look the other way.

It’s time to expose Harley-Davidson… AGAIN! What I found reveals shocking stupidity. I now see @harleydavidson as hopelessly woke. My previous videos exposing Harley resulted in a huge stock collapse and promises that they’d change, but… have they? My investigation into their recent hires sent me down a rabbit hole that tells me they’ve learned NOTHING from our last go-around. Their new CEO hire literally had DEI and woke policy deeply embedded in both of his most recent stops as CEO of Topgolf and Pizza Hut. That’s the guy you bring in to change things? Really??? This included Pizza Hut funding a program during his tenure, that he signed onto, where they taught teachers to indoctrinate students with racist garbage about so-called White Privilege. The document I lay out in this video shows how this program, which again… he signed onto, directed teachers to put transgender books in their classroom libraries and have discussions about preferred pronouns and “microaggressions” with kids in their class. It only gets worse from there. Their new Chief Brand Officer, in particular, is a woke disgrace to the brand and riders. His name is Marcus Fischer (he/him) and let’s just say he’s not exactly a typical Harley rider. Oh that he/him reference? You’ll understand after watching. 💀 Hiring him AFTER you lose hundreds of millions due to wokeness is just 100% indefensible. He came from a marketing agency that pushed DEI in marketing. He was the CEO there! Pushing DEI and wokeness is literally one of the big things they did at his company. AND YOU HIRE HIM AFTER HARLEY GETS TORN TO SHREDS FOR WOKENESS? It’s either incompetence or total contempt for your customer base at this point. When you see everything I lay out about him, there’s really no question about where things stand. At this point, I don’t think Harley deserves another chance. I think it’s time to leave them and move on from a company that’s willing to be this blatantly disrespectful after pretending that they’d change. And yes, I have MUCH more I’ll release in the coming weeks, but watch this and ask yourself if this resembles the people you’d imagine running a motorcycle company. Absolutely not. Just disgraceful. And the new CEO never even bothered to call or reach out in private over the 10 months since Harley announced his hire. Seems like malpractice to me. Share this, and feel free to clip and use it however you want. Riders need to know what Harley-Davidson has become. We can’t let them pretend to be something else. Per usual, I’m not concerned with monetization on this video, so everyone feel free to use this video however you want to get the word out. So far, you’ve helped me change corporate policy at Tractor Supply, John Deere, Polaris, Lowe’s, Ford, Coors, Stanley Black & Decker, Jack Daniel’s, DeWalt Tools, Craftsman, Caterpillar, Boeing, Toyota, Walmart, McDonald’s, Meta, Target, Accenture, Pepsi, Gatorade, Rockstar Energy, AT&T, Corona Beer, Modelo Beer, Pacifico Beer, IBM, Reynolds American, and all the companies they own! Crazy thing is, that’s not even the full list!!! We’re a force to be reckoned with, and we won’t stop until wokeness is extinct.

Let me ruin your June for a second. Every year when National Gun Violence Awareness Month rolls around, the same people who have not read a single page of John Lott's 13,312-regression peer-reviewed study start posting pictures of children and demanding you feel responsible for deaths you did not cause and had nothing to do with. So. Let us talk about children. Since they brought it up. In 2006, the CDC recorded 642 accidental firearm deaths in the entire United States. For children under the age of ten — the number was 31. Thirteen under age five. Eighteen between five and nine. Tragic? Absolutely. Every single one. But here is the number that will not appear on a single "Orange Friday" awareness post: 80. Eighty children under the age of five drown in bathtubs every year. Every. Single. Year. ALMOST THREE TIMES as many children drown in bathtubs annually as die from ALL firearm accidents combined — including adults. And forty more drown in five-gallon water buckets. The kind you buy at Home Depot for $4.99. I have given this information at talks and watched jaws drop, because people genuinely believe the number is in the thousands. They have been so thoroughly marinated in "gun violence awareness" content that their perception of actual risk is completely detached from reality. That is not an accident. That is the point of the campaign. Where is Bathtub Awareness Month? Where is the congressional hearing on five-gallon bucket control? Where is the hashtag? Where are the orange ribbons for the children who drowned while their parents were in the next room? There are none. Because the campaign was never about children. It was never about safety. If it were about safety, they would be equally outraged about cars — which killed 1,305 children that same year. Or fire. Or drowning. But they are not. The selective fury lands exclusively on firearms. And if you are a scientist, which I happen to be, you do not get to cherry-pick your data based on which conclusion you prefer. Quinn's Law Number Six: facts are the enemy of liberalism. Now let us talk about what the actual data says about guns and safety, because John Lott ran 13,000-plus statistical regressions across every county in America and the results are not ambiguous. Fifty-six percent of convicted felons surveyed in a ten-state study said they would NOT attack a target they believed was armed. Fifty-six percent. The deterrence is real, it is documented, and it functions whether or not a shot is ever fired. The firearm you carry protects your neighbor whether your neighbor knows it or not. When states passed right-to-carry laws, multiple-victim public shootings — what the media insists on calling "mass shootings" to maximize terror — dropped by 67 percent. Deaths in those events dropped by 75 percent. Injuries by 81 percent. States that adopted these laws virtually ELIMINATED mass public shootings within four to five years. The remaining events? They happened almost exclusively in the specific locations where guns remained banned. The gun-free zones. The places we hang the sign that only the law-abiding ever read. There were between 760,000 and 3.6 million defensive gun uses in the United States last year alone, depending on which of fifteen national polls you consult. A JAMA Network Open study from March 2025 estimated 489,000 DGUs in which a firearm was actually discharged. The Department of Justice's own National Crime Victimization Survey puts the conservative floor at 65,000 defensive uses per year against assaults, robberies, and home invasions. No dead body. No coverage. No awareness month. Here is one more number for you: 74. Seventy-four percent of convicted felons in a National Institute of Justice survey said they actively avoided homes they believed were occupied by armed residents. Criminals respond to incentives. That is not ideology — that is basic deterrence theory, and it is confirmed by the people who actually commit the crimes. I also want you to think carefully about something the Supreme Court already settled. DeShaney v. Winnebago County (1989). Town of Castle Rock v. Gonzales (2005). Two separate rulings establishing that the government has NO legal obligation to protect you as an individual. None. You are your own first responder. That is not my opinion — that is settled constitutional law from the highest court in this country. So the political class that just told you the government is not required to protect you... is also the one demanding you surrender the tool you use to protect yourself. I want fewer people dead. That is why I know the data. That is why I read the book. That is why I am furious every June when emotion and fundraising replace science and evidence in a "debate" that has actual life-or-death consequences for real people. You want to honor the children? Honor ALL of them. The ones who drowned. The ones who died in car crashes. And the ones who will never be born because a woman alone in her house at 2 a.m. had no way to stop what was coming through her door. But what do I know — I am only a published textbook author, a science teacher, a father of four, and a combat medic who spent his career reducing human suffering and who actually read the peer-reviewed data before forming an opinion. IF you agree: LIKE this post so the algorithm shows it to people who need to read it. SHARE this. COMMENT below — did you know the bathtub number? Or did the narrative keep that from you? Tell me. And if you want MORE of this -- the data, the history, the science, the stories -- JOIN Bski's Classroom community on X or YouTube. #MAGA #Veterans #Trump @JoJoFromJerz @GuntherEagleman @catturd2

Meet @simonmaechling. Simon has a PhD in organic chemistry. He is very proud of his PhD in organic chemistry. He can't wait to tell you about it, it's in his twitter bio. Simon identifies as a scientist. In fact, he identifies as all scientists, ever, since the beginning of history, and his pronouns are we/us/ours. He uses these pronouns as he informs us that, by writing and defending a thesis, he has inherited credit for every engineering and technological advance in human history. He fed billions of people because he is Norman Borlaug. He saved millions of cancer patients because he is both Francis Crick and James Watson simultaneously. He powered nations because he is inhabited by the very soul of Enrico Fermi. If humanity conquers the stars, he will retroactively become Werner Von Braun and Elon Musk, as well. Please clap. Unfortunately, there has been one small oversight. Simon doesn't actually know what science is. Perhaps universities in France don't require coursework in the history or philosophy of science, to attain a PhD degree. Or perhaps he was sick that day. But whatever the reason, his hat or his shoes, Simon doesn't understand that science is an algorithm. Not a person. Not an institution. Not a body of knowledge, or a set of data. An algorithm. It is a simple, stepwise procedure. It is the act of examining the universe to see what is there. It is not the act of examining one's baguette to see which side it is buttered on. Which is precisely why a lot of institutions, who prominently, proudly, and fraudulently use the word "science" in their names, have lost the public trust that Simon feels entitled to. They took money. They sold their judgement and modified their results. They took money from Proctor and Gamble, and they told us that beef, butter, and eggs are bad for us, and we should eat crystalized cottonseed oil instead. They took money from Coca-Cola, Kraft-Heinz, and Unilever, and told us a calorie is a calorie is a calorie, and that the worldwide obesity epidemic is your fault because you somehow magically were born lazier and greedier than previous generations. They took money from a cabal of grifters in the federal bureaucracy, and told us the planet has a fever, and we all need to pay more taxes so they can give it to their grifter friends. They told us that if we didn't use our entire population as guinea pigs for an untested medical technology, we were personally killing grandma. These people expect to share in the respect we have for Newton and Einstein, for Watt and Tesla, for Fleming, for Turning and Von Neumann. But they are not any of these. They are Pravda. They are Squealer. They are Baghdad Bob. They are not scientists. They are whores. No, wait a minute... upon reflection, I wish to apologize to the world's whores for that last sentence. A whore is infinitely better than a fake scientist, because, however degrading her profession, however much it scars her mind and soul, a whore only takes money from those who freely give it, and delivers something they value in return. I've never had a whore try to poison or rob me.
The collapse of trust in science is going to go down in history as one of the most sad, bizarre, and destructive social contagions of modern times. We fed billions, cured diseases and powered nations - yet people ran toward conspiracies instead.
